Transform was started when the principal consultant, Elizabeth Plew, saw a need from business owners for someone to provide expert ideas and knowledge about improving their web presence.  

Elizabeth will work with you to:

• train and support you to develop the knowledge and skills you need to ensure your web presence continues to grow and still be customer-friendly in future.

Experience and qualifications

Elizabeth has skills in editing, proofreading, design, usability testing and information management. 

She also has years of experience working as an analyst in local and central government, as a contractor and in the not-for-profit sector. These analytical skills are a valuable asset in helping you review your business website and to draw out key themes in usability testing.
