Reviewing your content strategy means being clear about the purpose of your website, and making sure you meet your customers' needs along the way.

Then we look at the design or layout of the website and your content. Is it easy to scan and find key points? Is the content laid out in logical places and can your customers find what they want easily?

With larger websites, we get other people to perform tasks on your website and then give you feedback about the key problems for them. This is user or usability testing.

What do I get?

We write a report about your website that identifies the main areas you can improve on, and prioritises the top three so you know what is most important to fix first.
